Partnership: Tech Equity Collaborative and Square
October 2019
Over the course of several months, we partnered with Square and Tech Equity Collaborative to help build an engagement strategy that best serves the community of Oakland, Our first event focused on establishing community relations with residents and small business owners, by hosting a Meet & Greet. The panel discussion was moderated by our Founder Shavaughn Baker. Square was able to share the company's economic empowerment impact initiatives for the City of Oakland, including opening the door of opportunity for community dialogue.
