Why should you add  exercise into your weekly routine? According to womenshealth.org "A minimum of 30 minutes of moderately intense exercise, five days a week or a minimum of 20 minutes of vigorous activity, three days a week reduces stress and minimizes various health related issues. Incorporating daily amounts of exercise may be achieved in units of at least 10 minutes each. In addition, on two non-consecutive days each week, adults should perform activities that benefit muscle strength and endurance, such as resistance training." Try incorporating these fun filled activities into your weekly routine:

  • Zumba

  • Hip hop dance class

  • Soul cycle

  • Hiking  

  • Swimming

  • In line skating

  • Kick boxing  

  • Rock climbing

  • Badminton

  • Surfing

  • Tennis

  • Brisk walking

 

The object is to have fun, while incorporating healthy living through exercise and healthy eating.
