Life, can sometimes get hectic with running businesses, working a 9-5, while taking care of our families, however, don't forget to start your day off right with a healthy breakfast!

"You want to aim for a breakfast that combines good carbs and fiber with some protein," says Erica Giovinazzo, MS, RD, a nutritionist at Clay Health Club and Spa, in New York City. Try incorporating the following foods into your meals: _Banana, Chia seed, wheat Toast, Yogurt, Peanut Butter, Oatmeal, Eggs (or egg whites), Quinoa, Tomatoes, Avocado and berries.
According to ONEGREENPLANET.ORG "Berries rich in nutrients for our brain, our digestion, and they’re disease-preventative. They’re also a fresh source of produce and keep us fuller than processed cereals with dried fruits. Add 1/2 cup of your choice frozen or fresh berries to either a smoothie, oatmeal, or just have some with some unsweetened coconut yogurt and a little chia or flax seeds. Berries are also a great source of vitamin C to kickstart your immune system."
