1:1 Consulting

Every Founder has a strong vision for what success looks like. How to get there is probably one of the greatest obstacles entrepreneurs face when launching a startup. Usually it starts with an idea, a developed product, and or service. The challenge? How to build a business that accommodates growth? What you need is a clearly outlined, detailed plan that moves you into the right direction. One that’s specific to your business needs and goals.

The problem?

Experts usually advise new Founders to follow the footsteps of previously successful companies to build their own startups. While that method may work for some, there’s more than one way to build a company. Sometimes you need an “out of the box” creative strategy that’s conducive to achieving optimal results.

Our approach to working with Founders is rather “simplistic”. We don’t believe in following “traditional” business models, practices and methods. There is no “one size fits all solution” to building a great company. Yes, we turn to tradition for “inspiration” but we help Founders build startups from a creative, innovative perspective.  This is why our clients love working with us. Work with our consultants 1:1 weekly or on a monthly basis to achieve-strategic based goals

Why ongoing consulting?
